The February 2026 Central Ohio housing market continued to show steady activity as we move toward the busy spring season. While overall sales stayed on par with last year, the slight increase in inventory means buyers have more options than they did just a few months ago.
At the same time, the median sales price climbed to $315,000, and homes are taking a bit longer to sell than they did a year ago — giving buyers a little more breathing room. Sellers still hold the advantage in most areas, but the market isn’t as frenzied as it once was.
Trends varied across Central Ohio, with some counties seeing stronger sales than others, and communities like Pickerington showing noticeable growth. CLICK THE LINK TO READ THE FULL REPORT → Columbus & Central Ohio Housing Report - February, 2026 | Columbus Realtors
